I’m soooo excited to share this special session with you all! Haley and I have such a fun story of how our paths even crossed. She was flying home to Chicago from Charleston, and ended up sitting next to my clients who were also flying home to Chicago! They ended up hitting it off, and exchanging information to get their engagement session done back home!
Haley messaged me when she got home and introduced herself and let me know about their exchange, and thus our instagram infatuation began! I seriously think Haley is phenomenally talented, and now she’s living in Charleston! She will be such a fantastic addition to our vendor community. Many of you will get to know her this year, because she’ll be second shooting with me for a good bit of my local weddings!
When Haley asked about getting a session done with her fiancé, I was thrilled! They are sooo cute together, and HILARIOUS. I literally laughed the entire session, and I love when that happens. The magic came across flawlessly in the images, and I hope you love them.
One thing in 2020 I’m advocating for is more real and intentional. I think that portraits, especially engagement session photos should tell a story. Should be reflective of your love story. I don’t think that we do enough story telling, and I want to show you we can do that. Whether you’re silly, chic, emotive, whatever, I want to show you who you are through those images. That’s the difference when you book with me. That’s the takeaway I hope you experience.
Charles Towne Landing is seriously such a gorgeous place for engagement photos, and I LOVE when my couples want to go here. The light is so pretty through the trees, and when everything is in bloom? It’s just magical. There’s two venues on property – Legare Waring (a fave!), and Founders Hall (gorgeous outdoor courtyard option!). If you’re interested in Charles Towne Landing for your engagement photos, just let me know! We can make allllll the magic happen!
